Tulip Festival - April 7th, 2009

It was overcast and the tulips had barely bloomed...I was afraid it'd rain the rest of the month, but I'm glad we at least went! Can't wait to bring Sydney next year--girl colors match so much more!!

Day after the hospital

Brayden went in the hospital for a night (after 2 ER visits) and we came home on a late Saturday afternoon. The next day, Nana & Papa came over to do taxes and while they were doing that I took B out to get some sun. He was feeling BETTER but you wouldn't be able to tell anything was wrong! After this we went across the street to Thompsons for an early dinner!

Easter 2009

Yet again, I didn't get many pictures. Like normal, he's not very willing! I was AMAZED to get the shot of him looking :) He loves Easter eggs hunts :)

"Healfeef"

Each night, after we read the same 3 books, Brayden has to pray before we can leave the room. It always starts off, "Dear Jesus....day..." Which is "Dear Jesus, thank you for this day." Then on to praying for others to be healthy. He ALWAYS starts with his favorite cartoon characters. He will say, "Elmo healthy, Barney healthy, Big Bird healthy..." etc... But as of this last week he has been adding an F to everything. He calls Chris, "dadeef" when he used to say "daddy" very clearly. So as he's praying, it's REALLY funny to listen to him say, "dadeef healfeef, mommy healfeef, nana healfeef...." It sounds like "hellfeef" but I was trying to spell it "correctly." lol He is such a character!

Guitar Heros

As much as I HATE these video games and how often we have to have "arguments" about them, I love when Brayden gets to "play" with daddy. Most times he's standing up rocking back and forth while strumming, but it was 9:30pm--he wouldn't sleep, but he was obviously tired-- and he decided to play sitting down. :o)

This is my favorite!! Chris never wants his picture taken but check out that smile!

Maddox came over for a visit

I didn't get any while Brayden was awake but it was a little nice outside so I got my camera (and took some pics of the flowers) and got a few of Maddox in action!
